## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join a small, collaborative team supporting enterprise server and virtual infrastructure environments. This role serves as a senior technical resource responsible for Tier II/III support, system configuration, upgrades, maintenance, and complex break-fix activities across Windows, Linux, and Solaris environments., * Serve as a Tier II/III escalation point for major incidents, outages, and complex technical issues.

 * Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise server environments.
 * Perform system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and break-fix activities.
 * Support and manage Windows, Linux, and Solaris server environments, with primary emphasis on Linux administration.
 * Maintain and support virtualized infrastructure and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
 * Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation, knowledge articles, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 * Review technical work performed by junior team members and provide coaching and mentorship.
 * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, system stability, and support processes.
 * Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
 * Participate in problem management and root cause analysis efforts for recurring incidents.
