Here's what you'll need: * 3 to 6 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Cybersecurity, IT Risk, Security Architecture or a related field. * Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline. * Experience with one or more IAM domains such as Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Access Management. * Familiarity with leading IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), CyberArk, One Identity, Okta or similar platforms is considered a strong asset. * Lead workstreams, coach junior consultants and manage client stakeholders throughout IAM transformation engagements. * Ability to analyse complex environments, identify risks and develop practical solutions tailored to client needs. * Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain complex concepts in a clear manner. * Fluency in Dutch and English is required. As an IAM Consultant within BDO's Risk Advisory practice, you'll help clients design, implement and optimize Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks that protect critical assets, manage risks and support regulatory compliance. What will you be doing?: In this role, you'll contribute to delivering IAM and cybersecurity projects for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
