## About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Test Lead - Change Management to drive Quality Engineering transformation within a regulated financial environment., * Strong expertise in Quality Engineering, BDD, test automation and test architecture.

 * Experience with Agile, DevOps and CI/CD environments.
 * Strong change management and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps and Power BI is beneficial.

## Description

* Lead the adoption of BDD, automation-first, shift-left and continuous testing practices.
 * Define and implement test automation and BDD strategies using tools such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, Selenium, Playwright and REST Assured.
 * Work across multiple Agile squads to standardise testing approaches and quality gates.
 * Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab and Azure DevOps.
 * Establish quality engineering Communities of Practice and promote a quality-focused culture.
 * Manage senior stakeholders, governance, reporting and transformation KPIs.
 * Drive continuous improvement using metrics such as automation coverage, defect leakage and delivery cycle time.
