## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von IT-Applikationen im Produktionsumfeld
 * Unterstützung der Anwender im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support an nationalen und internationalen Unternehmensstandorten
 * Analyse und Behebung von Anwendungs- und Systemstörungen
 * Überwachung, Kontrolle und Pflege von Anwendungsdaten sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Systembetriebs
 * Durchführung von Softwaretests sowie Unterstützung bei Updates und Systemerweiterungen
 * Einschulung und Unterstützung der Anwender im Umgang mit den eingesetzten Applikationen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und der zentralen IT zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung bestehender Anwendungen
 * Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten im Produktionsumfeld
