 * Unterstützung des Support-Teams sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der ERP-Landschaft
 * Analyse, Behebung und nachhaltige Optimierung von Fehlern und bestehenden Applikationen
 * Dokumentation von Prozessen, Anforderungen und Lösungen in Jira und Confluence
