## Description

* Identifikation von Optimierungsmaßnahmen entlang der End-to-End Kernprozesse: Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Hire-to-Retire (H2R), Cash-to-Liquidity (C2L), Plan-to-Forecast (P2F)
 * Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Global Business Services (GBS)-, Shared Services- und Target Operating Model (TOM)-Transformationen.
 * Durchführung von Process Assessments, Reifegradanalysen, Benchmarking-Initiativen und Identifikation von Standardisierungs- und Harmonisierungspotenzialen.
 * Konzeption und Implementierung zukunftsorientierter Service-Delivery-Modelle, Governance-Strukturen und Organisationskonzepte im GBS- und Shared Services Umfeld.
 * Entwicklung von Transformation Roadmaps sowie Business Cases zur Realisierung nachhaltiger Effizienz-, Qualitäts- und Kostenvorteile.
 * Unterstützung von Finance- und Business-Transformationen durch den Einsatz moderner Technologien, ERP-Lösungen, Process Mining, Workflow-Tools, Intelligent Automation und AI-gestützter Prozessoptimierung.
 * Selbständige Planung, Vorbereitung und Moderation von Workshops mit Fachbereichen, Process Ownern, Global Process Ownern und Führungskräften.
 * Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Workstreams innerhalb komplexer Transformations- und Implementierungsprojekte.
 * Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen.
 * Proaktive Unterstützung von Angebotsprozessen, Business Development Aktivitäten sowie dem Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
 * Coaching und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von junioren Teammitgliedern.
