* Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (Matura) oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Digitalisierung oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung

 * Erfolgreiche Führungserfahrung sowie nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung von Geschäftsfeldern und Kundenbeziehungen
 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Sales-Pipelines, Kundenprojekten und internationalen Stakeholdern
 * Unternehmerische Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative, analytischem Denken und ausgeprägter Umsetzungsstärke
 * Kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Strategische und operative Verantwortung für den Vertrieb unserer digitalen Produkte und Services.
 * Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten sowie die Betreuung und den Ausbau strategischer Kundenbeziehungen
 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Sales & Customer Project Management Teams inklusive Ressourcenplanung und Performance Management
 * Steuerung der globalen Vertriebsaktivitäten, Weiterentwicklung der Sales-Pipeline sowie Erreichung der definierten Umsatz- und Wachstumsziele
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Marketing, Support und Betrieb.
 * Budget-, Forecast- und KPI-Verantwortung sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an das Management
