* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder adäquate Berufserfahrung

## Description

Gemeinsam mit deinem Kollegen bist du für den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der hybriden Microsoft Systemlandschaft verantwortlich. Dabei übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben im Detail:

 * Administration von ca. 80 Windows Servern und 400 Windows Clients in Office und Produktion
 * Betreuung und Ausbau der Microsoft365 und Azure Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra-ID, etc.)
 * Laufende Härtung der Server- und Clientsysteme
 * Unterstützung/Schulung der Kolleg:innen im 1st Level Support bzw. Übernahme des 2nd Level Supports
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus dem Bereich Netzwerk & Security sowie mit externen Partnern
 * Umsetzung und Mitarbeit an Projekten wie bspw. Servermigrationen und Standorterweiterungen
