## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung der Hardware (PC, Notebooks, Drucker, Webcams, etc), sowie Sicherstellung der Funktionalität
 * Installation und Konfiguration des Betriebssystems (Windows 11) und der Windows-Apps
 * User- und Systemadministration (Microsoft 365, Exchange online, Windows Server 2025 Services (Azure), Active Directory / Entra ID)
 * Schulung der Mitarbeiter:innen in den verwendeten Apps
 * Aktives Einbringen bei der Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365 Applikationslandschaft
 * Direkte Unterstützung des Head of IT: Koordination der externen IT-Provider, Beschaffung und Verwaltung des IT-Equipments (Hard- und Software), sowie Implementierung optimaler IT-bezogener Ablaufprozesse, * Fehlerbehebung
