## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * 2-5 years of experience in customer application support, solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
 * Good understanding of backend integrations, APIs, mobile applications, and cloud-based services.
 * Knowledge of NFC, digital wallets, transit ticketing, or secure digital credential solutions is an advantage.
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
 * Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
 * Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working independently.

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.

## Description

* Handle customer projects for a wallet-based solution managing digital credentials.
 * Provide technical guidance and support throughout the customer integration project.
 * Analyse technical issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
 * Coordinate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery.
 * Monitor project progress and proactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and integration guides.
 * Conduct technical customer workshops and internal training sessions.
