* Around 3 years of experience working within the Workday ecosystem.

 * Strong experience with Workday Recruiting (preferred).

 * Experience with Workday Learning (preferred).

 * Experience configuring and implementing Workday solutions.

 * Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

 * Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.

 * Experience working in international environments.

 * Fluent English (mandatory)., Please note that fluent English is mandatory for this position. Candidates without professional working proficiency in English and previous Workday experience will not be considered.

## Description

* Implement changes, enhancements, and configurations within Workday Recruiting.

 * Support Workday Learning initiatives and configuration activities.

 * Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

 * Participate in customer discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

 * Provide functional and technical consulting across Workday modules.

 * Conduct demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions.

 * Support solution design and continuous system improvements.
