Conocimiento de procesos ITIL. Capacidad de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders en entornos multiculturales. Inglés C1. Disponibilidad ocasional fuera del horario habitual. Disponibilidad para viajes puntuales o desplazamientos internacionales. XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java y JSON. Linux. Fundamentos de redes: VIPs, firewalls, balanceadores, etc. Gestión del ciclo de vida de certificados. Postman / SOAPUI. Silva.

## Description

* Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de automatización para reducir tareas operativas manuales.
 * Implementar mecanismos de self-healing y auto-remediation.
 * Gestionar capacidad, rendimiento, disponibilidad y escalabilidad de la plataforma.
 * Monitorizar utilización y realizar previsiones de crecimiento y planificación de capacidad.
 * Participar en la resolución de incidentes críticos y restauración del servicio.
 * Identificar problemas recurrentes y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua.
 * Crear documentación técnica, runbooks y artículos de conocimiento.
 * Coordinarse con equipos internos y proveedores externos en un contexto internacional.
