This role is responsible for the end-to-end development and integration of armament systems, associated equipment and weapon/store integration into aerial platforms. The successful candidate will ensure that all systems meet the highest levels of performance, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout their entire lifecycle., Main Tasks and responsibilities will be related to Development of Armament Systems its associated equipment and Weapon integration activities in aerial platforms, including: * System Development: Manage the full product lifecycle-from concept to retirement- ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks and delivering systems that consistently met complex program requirements. * Technical Analysis: Perform trade-off analyses, validate architectures, and lead performance analysis to optimize system solutions. * System Design: Define architectures for Armament Control Systems, Stores Management Systems, and Weapon Bay/Carriage systems in cooperation with suppliers or partners.
