## About the Role

* A technical background (Vocational for example mbo 3/4 or Bachelor) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive
 * Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment management
 * Hands-on troubleshooting skills
 * 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
 * A proactive and structured way of working
 * Affinity with mechanics, electronics, and basic software troubleshooting
 * An eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership
 * Knowledge of 5S or Lean is a plus
 * Excellent command of the English language, essential for working in an international and diverse department.

 * Coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance planning
 * Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant service area
 * Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
 * Act as the first point of contact for equipment-related questions and defects
 * Drive continuous improvements to equipment reliability, safety, and workplace organization.
