## Description

Je komt te werken binnen het team van een centraal platform dat als verbindende schakel fungeert tussen beleidsadministratiesystemen en Oracle EBS. Dit platform regelt de verwerking van beleidsgelden en zorgt voor uniforme toetsingen en afhandeling richting Oracle EBS. Hierdoor hoeven de primaire systemen zelf geen financiële afhandeling te ontwikkelen; dit verloopt centraal via dit platform.

Het platform is onderdeel van een uitvoeringsorganisatie binnen de Rijksoverheid en speelt een cruciale rol in de financiële afhandeling van beleidsgelden.

Dit ga je doen
Als Senior Oracle APEX Ontwikkelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en doorontwikkelen van de applicatie. De focus ligt momenteel op 70% doorontwikkeling en 30% beheer, waarbij de nieuwbouwfase grotendeels is afgerond. Je werkt in een Agile DevOps team en draagt actief bij aan CI/CD, testautomatisering en continue verbetering van het platform. Het team komt elke maandag bij elkaar op locatie, verder kan je jouw week flexibel indelen.

* Doorontwikkelen van bestaande functionaliteit binnen Oracle APEX en PL/SQL
 * Oplossen van bugs en incidenten
 * Vertalen van functionele specificaties naar technische ontwerpen
 * Realiseren en verbeteren van CI/CD pipelines
 * Zelfstandig uitvoeren van testen, naast regressie- en functioneel testen door dedicated testers
 * Actief bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van het platform
 * Samenwerken binnen het DevOps team volgens Scrum
