Required Soft skills + You are pragmatic and analytical and have good communication and social skills. + You take ownership of your own and team's delivery and have a proactive attitude. + You like to train and coach your junior colleagues and share your knowledge. Nice-to-have skills: + You are fluent (verbal and in writing) in Dutch. + You have experience in identifying vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques specific to AI/ML systems, including adversarial attacks, data poisoning, model evasion, and testing agentic technologies. + You maintain or contribute to open-source repositories related to security tools, techniques, or research, showcasing your practical expertise and innovation in the field. + You have found multiple CVEs. + You enjoy playing CTFs and publish your write-ups. + You presented at one of the leading conferences. + Experience with TLPT / TIBER.
