Working alongside Counter's Tech Lead and the wider engineering team, you'll help embed modern testing practices, encourage closer collaboration between development and testing, and influence how quality is built into the software delivery lifecycle. This is a hands-on engineering role with leadership responsibilities. You'll work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping explain technical decisions, challenge existing ways of working and support the wider team in adopting new approaches. We're looking for someone who enjoys mentoring others, sharing knowledge and continually looking for opportunities to improve engineering practices.
