## Description

As an Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager, you'll take full ownership of delivering complex Oracle transformation programmes-ensuring they land on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

You'll act as the trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the challenges of large-scale change while leading multidisciplinary delivery teams., * Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM programmes

 * Act as the primary client interface, building strong, trusted relationships
 * Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes
 * Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence
 * Develop and manage robust, achievable programme plans aligned to Version 1's MAXIMISE methodology
 * Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
 * Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control
 * Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L
 * Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment
 * Support pre-sales and business development activities
