 * Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macro creation (desirable)
 * Experience using Qlik Sense and/or Power BI
 * Data management and reporting experience
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Highly organised with great attention to detail
 * Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
 * Basic understanding of commercial vehicles (desirable)
 * Must have the right to work in the UK.

## Description

* Managing and progressing technical support cases through Microsoft Dynamics
 * Working closely with workshops and stakeholders to drive case resolution
 * Producing KPI reports and analysing performance trends
 * Creating, maintaining, and enhancing Qlik Sense and Power BI dashboards
 * Analysing data from multiple sources to provide actionable business insights
 * Monitoring recall campaign performance and reporting progress to management
 * Supporting quality reporting processes and liaising with production plants
 * Managing pipeline orders, back-orders, and dispatch issues
 * Resolving invoice and finance-related queries
 * Preparing and distributing daily Excel reports
 * Acting as a key contact for delivery and collection enquiries
 * Collaborating with Technical Support, Logistics, Sales, and other business functions
