As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a key member of a small, high-impact engineering team responsible for delivering business-critical software. You'll help shape technical approaches, build high-quality solutions, and work closely with stakeholders across the business to solve real-world problems. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to influence architecture, improve engineering practices, and contribute to major initiatives such as the ongoing evolution of our core operational systems and data platforms. You'll have the freedom to make pragmatic decisions, own significant pieces of work, and see the direct impact of what you build., * Design, build and maintain high-quality software applications and services * Lead the technical delivery of complex features and projects * Help modernise and evolve our core platforms and architecture * Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, Finance and other business teams to deliver valuable solutions * Support and contribute to engineering standards, code quality and development practices * Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions and architectural decisions * Mentor and support other developers, helping raise capability across the team * Improve automation, testing, deployment and operational processes * Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability * Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, learning and delivery excellence, You don't need to meet every requirement.
