Migration des 100 applications les plus critiques en 2026.

 - Décommissionnement d'ADFS avant mi-2027.
 - Migration progressive du reste des applications par la suite.

Missions

 - Piloter l'avancement de la roadmap de migration.
 - Collecter les prérequis auprès des équipes applicatives.
 - Animer le backlog JIRA.
 - Assurer le reporting dans Power BI.
 - Suivre les prérequis sécurité (revue des profils d'accès).
 - Planifier les phases de design, tests et mise en production.
 - Coordonner les différents intervenants jusqu'à la migration effective, en faisant le lien entre :
 - les Application Owners,
 - les référents techniques,
 - la factory de migration,
 - et l'équipe de transformation applicative.
