## About the Role

Formation Bac à Bac +2 en informatique (ou diplôme/expérience équivalente)

 - 1 à 3 ans d'expérience minimum, ou davantage, sur un poste de Technicien Support Informatique N1/N2

 - Bonne maîtrise de l'environnement Windows, Microsoft 365 et Active Directory

 - Sens du service, autonomie et excellent relationnel

 - Une expérience récente sur un poste similaire sera fortement appréciée

 - L'anglais courant est un plus, Support informatique

## Description

Assurer le support informatique de proximité et à distance (N1/N2)

 - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels et réseauxInstaller, configurer et préparer les postes de travail (PC, imprimantes, smartphones...)

 - Gérer les comptes utilisateurs (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)

 - Déployer, remplacer et maintenir le matériel informatique

 - Traiter les demandes et incidents via un outil de ticketing

 - Accompagner et assister les utilisateurs au quotidien

 - Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique

Un plus si vous avez déjà :

 - Géré un kiosque IT (IT Bar / Tech Bar)

 - Assuré la gestion des salles de réunion et des équipements de visioconférence (Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex...)
