Une expérience en tant que référent technique, mentor, Lead Developer ponctuel ou développeur senior accompagnant des profils plus juniors sera particulièrement appréciée., Vous disposez d'une solide expérience en développement .NET et souhaitez désormais prendre davantage de responsabilités techniques, accompagner d'autres développeurs et participer aux orientations d'architecture ?

> Développer et faire évoluer des applications métiers en .NET / C# ;
> participer à la modernisation progressive d'un patrimoine applicatif existant ;
> contribuer aux choix techniques et aux réflexions d'architecture ;
> réaliser des revues de code et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques ;
> accompagner les développeurs de l'équipe dans leur montée en compétences ;
> devenir progressivement le référent technique de votre squad ;
> intervenir sur les problématiques complexes et le support de niveau 3.
