## Description

Rattaché(e) au service informatique, vous serez amené(e) à : - Assurer la prise en charge et la résolution des incidents informatiques de niveau 0 et 1 (assistance à distance et de proximité). - Administrer les comptes utilisateurs, les mots de passe et assurer la traçabilité des actions dans l'outil de gestion des tickets. - Préparer, intégrer et déployer l'ensemble des équipements et postes de travail du parc informatique. - Configurer le matériel (imprimantes, périphériques) et veiller au bon suivi de la sécurité (antivirus). - Alimenter la documentation technique et rédiger les procédures du service.
