* Prendre en charge les demandes de support informatique : diagnostic, résolution ou escalade des incidents techniques (prise en main distancielle et présentielle).
 * Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques pour le traitement de tâches complexes.
 * Effectuer la préparation et l'installation des équipements informatiques (PC, caisses, tablettes, bornes Wifi, tablettes Android, smartphones et imprimantes).
 * Suivre et mettre à jour le parc informatique tout en améliorant son fonctionnement.
 * Contribuer à la documentation interne et à la base de connaissances.
