Vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle similaire de 8 ans minimum, et maîtrisez les environnements suivants :

 * Expérience en conseil SI / IT Infrastructure
 * Capacité à travailler sur des sujets de resource planning et de workforce model
 * Compétence en benchmarking et analyse comparative
 * Maîtrise de la structuration d'analyses et de la synthèse de données
 * Capacité à construire une vision cible et des recommandations
 * Bon niveau de communication avec la direction
 * Aptitude à gérer des sujets transverses et multi-zone / multi-domaine

## Description

La BU Assistance Technique accompagne et conseille ses clients sur la délégation de consultants à travers nos offres de :

\- Assistance Technique (Temps plein / Temps partagé)

\- Projet au forfait

\- Expertise à la demande

\- Centre de services, * Accompagner le CTO / Group IT Infrastructure Lead

 * Finaliser le référentiel mondial des ressources Infrastructure
 * Analyser et comparer le modèle actuel de workforce
 * Définir une vision cible pour la future répartition des ressources
 * Définir le modèle de sourcing futur par zone et par domaine
 * Consolider les analyses et documents existants en une base de faits structurée
 * Produire un cadre de recommandation prêt à aider la direction à décider
