 * Framework- & SAFe-Know-how: Kenntnisse in Team Topologies (oder vergleichbaren Organisations-Frameworks) sowie einschlägige agiles Zertifizierungen und Praxiswissen rund um SAFe
 * Analytisches Mindset: Fähigkeit, Optimierungspotenziale aus Beobachtungen und konkreten Daten abzuleiten, statt starr bloße Agile-Prinzipien zu wiederholen
 * Kommunikations- & Durchsetzungsstärke: Empathischer, nahbarer Umgang mit Teams gepaart mit souveränem, verbindlichem Auftreten gegenüber Führungskräften
 * Sprach- & Fundament-Skills: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Team-Ownership-Enabler: Begleitung mehrerer Teams entlang unserer Wertströme zur Entwicklung von direktiver Steuerung hin zu echter Eigenverantwortung und Selbstorganisation
 * Retrospektiven- & Kultur-Moderator: Regelmäßige Moderation von wirksamen Retrospektiven für mehrere Teams parallel, um konkrete, nachverfolgbare Verbesserungen zu etablieren
 * Kanban- & Flow-Expert: Weiterentwicklung der Kanban-Praxis (Board-Disziplin, WIP-Limits, Flow-Transparenz) sowie Schärfung des gemeinsamen Verständnisses von "Definition of Done/Ready"
 * Inspect- & Adapt-Treiber: Etablierung datenbasierter Optimierungszyklen, in denen Teams selbstständig Verbesserungshypothesen testen, auswerten und den Entwicklungsprozess schärfen
 * Organisations- & Metrik-Gestalter: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product- und Engineering-Verantwortlichen zum Abbau organisatorischer Hürden sowie Aufbau messbarer Strukturen (z. B. Flow- & DORA-Metriken)
