## About the Role

 * Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen und -Systemen sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Cyber-Sicherheit und moderner Sicherheitsstandards.
 * Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft.

## Description

* Administration, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT-Umgebungen sowie der IT-Systeme und Applikationen im VMware- und Microsoft-Umfeld.
 * Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Software-Deployment-Systems (SCCM) sowie Scripting und Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen (z. B. mit PowerShell).
 * Übernahme von Aufgaben - je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung - in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Fachbereiche: Microsoft 365 / Entra, Active Directory & Entra ID, Endpoint Security, Patch Management und IT-Sicherheit, File Services sowie Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises/Online).
 * Unterstützung bei Prozess- und Problemanalysen im gesamten Infrastrukturbereich der Unternehmensgruppe sowie Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer internationalen IT-Systemlandschaft und Cyber-Sicherheit.
 * Mitwirkung an Migrations- und Konsolidierungsprojekten im Bereich Infrastruktur, Rechenzentren und Cloud-Dienste mit der Möglichkeit, Teilprojektverantwortung zu übernehmen.
