* Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden zu allen IT-Fragen
 * Du klassifizierst, priorisierst und bearbeitest IT-Anfragen und Störungen unserer Mitarbeitenden per Telefon, E-Mail, Remote sowie im direkten Vor-Ort-Support
 * Du übernimmst die Inbetriebnahme, Einrichtung und Pflege unserer Endgeräte und begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden bei der Einweisung
