## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im Umfeld eingebetteter Systeme, Signalverarbeitung oder Sensorik.
 * Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungsteams.
 * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Planung und Steuerung komplexer Entwicklungsprojekte.
 * Gute Kenntnisse moderner Softwareentwicklungsprozesse (z. B. Agile/Scrum, Kanban, V-Modell).
 * Erfahrung mit Softwarearchitekturen sowie der Entwicklung anspruchsvoller Algorithmen.
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Funkaufklärung, Signalverarbeitung, Sensorik oder vergleichbarer Technologien sind wünschenswert.
 * Erfahrung im Umfeld öffentlich geförderter Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte ist von Vorteil.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Planung, Priorisierung und fachliche Steuerung des Mitarbeitereinsatzes in Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekten.
 * Erstellung von Softwarearchitekturen und Entwicklung innovativer Algorithmen im Bereich Funkaufklärung, Signalverarbeitung und Sensorik, unter Verwendung aktueller Technologien wie neuronalen Netzen und KI
 * Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards durch geeignete Entwicklungs- und Testprozesse unter Verwendung moderner Softwareentwicklungsprozesse.
 * Zentraler Ansprechpartner für angrenzende Fachabteilungen wie Hardwareentwicklung und Systementwicklung, sowie Kunden, Partnern und Forschungseinrichtungen.
 * Identifikation von Innovationspotenzialen sowie Initiierung entsprechender Entwicklungsmaßnahmen.
 * Identifikation und Einwerbung von Fördermitteln sowie Koordination der technischen Inhalte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektträgern, Hochschulen und Industriepartnern.
 * Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen sowie Abstimmung fachübergreifender Themen., * Zentrale Lage
