* Beratung und Betreuung der SAP-HCM-Module Personalabrechnung und Personaladministration
 * Analyse, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Anwenderanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung gesetzlicher Anforderungen innerhalb der Systemlandschaft
 * Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung von Tests sowie Rollouts neuer Funktionen
 * Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
 * Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Standards und Best Practices
