 * Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem BI-Tool (SAC, PowerBI, Deltamaster, o.a.)
 * Du besitzt Expertenkenntnisse in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery) und PowerPoint
 * Du hast zusätzliches ERP-Know-how, wie z.B. Microsoft Dynamics, Lucanet oder Board, was wünschenswert ist
 * Du bist bereit zu reisen für projektbezogene Kundeneinsätze (ca. 50 %)
 * Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

 * Du bist Sparringspartner: Du analysierst, konzipierst und implementierst gemeinsam mit Kund:innen Lösungen, die echten Mehrwert schaffen
 * Du übernimmst Verantwortung in Systemeinführungen, beim Aufbau effizienter Reportingstrukturen und bei Kostenoptimierungsprojekten
 * Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsansätze ein und hilfst dabei, Standards zu schaffen, die funktionieren
 * Du koordinierst unterschiedliche Stakeholder - operativ bis C-Level - und sorgst für transparente Kommunikation und klare Zielorientierung
