## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
 * Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support (1st/2nd Level) von Vorteil

## Description

* 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für einen festen Kunden (Remote & gelegentlich vor Ort)
 * Annahme, Analyse und Lösung von IT-Störungen im Hard- und Softwareumfeld
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei Fragen zu Microsoft-basierten Systemen (z. B. M365, Windows)
 * Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (z. B. Active Directory)
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen (Clients, Peripherie, Mobile Devices)
 * Unterstützung im Bereich IT-Telefonie und Kommunikationslösungen
 * Mitarbeit bei administrativen Aufgaben in der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerk, etc.)
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank
