Das Unternehmen plant die Umstellung der HR-Landschaft von SAP HCM auf die SAP SuccessFactors Suite. Der Kunde sucht eine Fachkraft für den Aufbau, das Customizing und die Beratung der HR-Fachbereiche. Ziel ist die Übernahme von Verantwortung in dem Projekt ab der Startphase bis zum dauerhaften Betrieb nach dem Go-Live, und die Rolle beinhaltet die Verbindung von Systemkonfiguration, Projektleitung und Anwenderbetreuung., * Einführung von SAP SuccessFactors-Modulen mit Fokus auf Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll und Time Tracking

 * Migration von Prozessen aus SAP HCM nach SAP SuccessFactors
 * Konfiguration und Customizing in der SAP HR-Landschaft
 * Leitung von IT-Projekten im HR-Bereich und Steuerung von Dienstleistern
 * Abstimmung von Prozessen zwischen den HR-Fachbereichen und den IT-Lösungen
 * Betreuung von Schnittstellen zwischen SAP ERP, Zeiterfassung und Zutrittskontrollsystemen
 * Support im Level 2 und Level 3 für HR-Systeme
 * Durchführung von Jahresabschlussaktivitäten und Personalkostenplanung
