We are looking for applicants with the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required * A minimum of five years of experience planning both in-person and virtual/digital events and programs * Proficiency and aptitude with technology, from Microsoft Suite to CRMs to digital platforms enabling virtual events and experiences; comfortable extracting, wrangling and maintaining data * Superior guest relations skills and ability to always maintain a high degree of confidentiality and grace under pressure * Collaborative mindset and spirit * Strong ability to be self-directed and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands * Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational and communication skills * A passion for nature and conservation and experience working in a non-profit institution a plus * Demonstrable track record of success in events management * Strong donor/customer service experience * Excellent communication and project management skills * Capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining a healthy sense of both humor and determination ## Description Mass Audubon's Philanthropy Division is seeking a Development Events Manager. A key leader on the events and stewardship team, this position is responsible for helping conceive and implement the planning, production, execution, and attendee experience of both virtual and in-person statewide and regional development events to engage members, donors, prospects, and other guests, aligning with the overall philanthropic strategy and organizational priorities.
