* Strong professional experience in supporting SAP S/4 SD module including customizing,
 * Successful completion of a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable professional degree,
 * Process knowledge in the SAP SD module a related interface (add-ons, modules, systems)
 * Experience in working with global IT centers, global environment,
 * Understanding of business processes in OTC,
 * ABAP programming knowledge is an advantage,
 * Fluency in business English,
 * Project Management skills and analytical thinking.

## Description

Supporting the business units with issues in the daily mainly SAP operation, standardising and an ongoing development of processes as well as a proactively participation in shaping sustainable solutions for the future.

 * Provide support for SAP S/4 standards within the SD module environment and adjacent areas, including add-ons and related systems.
 * Participation in rollouts and upgrade projects (national/international).
 * Supporting the business units in trainings.
 * Document template processes as well as local developments.
 * Maintaining in-house developments and enhancements of LAPP as well as their permanent development and optimization in the SD module.
 * Collaboration with external service providers and developers and their coordination.
 * Compliance with Service Level Agreements according to defined guidelines of the applicable - Service Level Agreements, Corporate Directives and Process Instructions of IT-Services.
