You will design, automate, optimize, and support cloud operations across infrastructure, identity management, networking, observability, database operations, incident management, and platform reliability., * Design, implement, and continuously improve Azure operations for business-critical enterprise platforms. * Gather, analyze, and evaluate operational and technical requirements across Azure services. * Build and maintain automated infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). * Design and implement Azure architectures for hybrid and cloud-native environments. * Operate and optimize Azure services across: + Networking + Identity and Access Management (IAM) + Governance + Security and Compliance + Platform Reliability * Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions. * Drive operational excellence for Azure App Services and Web Apps. * Operate and support Azure Database for PostgreSQL, including: + Backup and recovery procedures + Performance tuning + Availability and maintenance management + Operational troubleshooting * Support incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration in production environments. * Create and maintain runbooks, operational documentation, support handover guides, and incident reports. * Drive Azure cost transparency and optimization initiatives. * Support integration with enterprise tools such as: + New Relic + Vault and other secrets management solutions * Collaborate closely with lead developers, architects, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, product owners, and delivery teams. * Contribute to the development of structured support processes and operational readiness for on-call environments.
