## About the Role

* Zertifizierung als SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) oder Professional Scrum Master (PSM | oder CSM)
 * Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Teamcoach-Tätigkeiten in agilen Strukturen (idealerweise nach SAFe) innerhalb der letzten fünf Jahre (ab 3 Jahre)

 * Zertifizierung im Kontext von Coaching und/oder Teamentwicklung (z.B. systemischer Coach, Business Coach)
 * Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit anderen Frameworks für selbstorganisiertes Arbeiten oder agiler Arbeitsstrukturen (z.B. Le$$, Loop Approach®, Nexus) innerhalb der letzten fünf Jahre (mind. 1 Referenz)
