* operativer Betrieb und Administration von SAP-Systemen und -Software mit einem Fokus auf Software-entwicklung
 * Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer Prototypen und Pilotprojekten für die ITSM Landschaft des SAP UCC
 * Auf- und Ausbau von Cloud- und AI-Angeboten und Lösungen für Bildungseinrichtungen auf Basis der SAP Business Technology Platform
 * Evaluation neuer Technologien und Softwarelösungen sowie deren Implementierung im Kontext des SAP University Competence Centers
 * (Praktisch-orientierte) Lehre im Bereich SAP Software Entwicklung, insbesondere Weiterentwicklung von SAP ProCode Lehrunterlagen
