## About the Role

* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer verantwortlichen IT-Rolle, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung in einem mittelständischen Umfeld
 * Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität: du führst dein Team und packst selbst mit an
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server) sowie in Netzwerk, Virtualisierung, Storage und Backup
 * Erfahrung mit ERP- und E-Commerce-Systemen von Vorteil
 * Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz (DSGVO, NIS2) sowie mit IT-Service-Management und Ticketsystemen wie Jira Service Management
 * Präsenz vor Ort an unserem Standort, die Rolle ist nicht für Homeoffice ausgelegt
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Zertifikate (z. B. Microsoft, ITIL, ISO 27001) sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
