## About the Role

+ Demonstrate experience in Software development, with Python being an absolute must.
 + Demonstrate experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and at least one AI framework such as ADK, Langchain/Langraph, or CrewAI.
 + Show experience with at least one cloud provider such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, and their related AI solutions like VertexAI.
 + Demonstrate experience with our broader tech stack, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CircleCI, Langfuse, and a variety of DBs.
 + Apply statistical thinking and an experimental mindset, coupled with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for:

 + Researching, implementing, and validating new AI techniques and tools to turn new ideas into production-ready systems.
 + Analyzing model performance and optimizing agent behavior to ensure top-tier functionality.
 + Designing, developing, maintaining, and deploying a platform for others to deploy their own agents.
 + Collaborating closely with AI researchers, engineers, and architects to translate cutting-edge AI research into production.
 + Identifying bottlenecks and pain points across the organization, and proposing AI-based solutions to address them.
