## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
 * Academic, internship, project or professional experience in software development
 * Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C+ WE VALUE
 * Advanced degrees in Computer Science or related fields.
 * Object-oriented programming skills is of value.
 * Experience in developing software for embedded systems is of value
 * Passion for continuous learning and professional development

## Description

You will report directly to our Sr Software Engr Manager out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F., * Design, develop, and maintain core Flight Management software supporting next-generation avionics systems.

 * Implement high-quality software solutions that meet performance, security, and reliability requirements.
 * Participate in requirements and code reviews, contributing ideas that improve software quality and development practices.
 * Collaborate with systems, hardware, test, and certification teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
 * Support software integration, testing, and debugging in laboratory environments
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software defects across the development and integration lifecycle
 * Continually grow your technical skills while applying industry standards and aerospace best practices.
