## About the Role

* Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
 * Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
 * Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also welcome!

## Description

With guidance and support, you'll:

 * Apply your knowledge in three or more of the following areas:
 + PC setup and troubleshooting
 + Networking
 + Software deployment
 + Security systems (alarms and DVRs)
 + Shoretel phone systems
 + IP phone technology
 + Virtual Machine (VM) environments
 * Participate in team projects to improve and enhance our systems.
 * Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, vision, and ethical standards.
 * Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
 * Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager.
