We define this broadly: * Direct fleet or asset operations: fleet manager, shop supervisor, maintenance coordinator, or municipal, school, and EMS fleet operations * Fleet-adjacent industries: transportation and logistics, public works, construction or utilities equipment, waste management * Fleet-adjacent software: implementation or onboarding experience with other fleet, asset, or maintenance management platforms * Exposure to SQL or structured databases preferred, not required, including comfort reading relational table structures and writing or modifying basic queries * Bachelor's Degree not required. Relevant experience and breadth of knowledge matters more, * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods * Ability to work at a computer for prolonged periods * Ability to travel up to 10% (minimal travel based on business needs) ## Description The team at RTA is looking for an Enterprise Implementation Specialist: our Enterprise Orchestrator, Cross-Team Conductor, and Fleet360 Authority all rolled into one. Reporting to the Implementation Supervisor, you'll own RTA's largest and most complex customer engagements from signed contract through a confident go-live, serving as the primary customer relationship owner throughout implementation while coordinating across Sales, Fleet Consulting, Training, Support, and CSM while personally cleaning, compiling, and migrating each customer's data into Fleet360 yourself. You'll guide fleet managers through high-stakes configuration decisions, catch risk before it threatens a timeline, and make sure the customer arrives at go-live confident, not just converted. This position plays a direct role in RTA's mission to help fleets succeed, on our most important accounts. Preferred but not required. If you've managed multi-stakeholder engagements before, in any industry, you'll hit the ground running. Specifically for this job, someone who: * Owns the timeline and sequencing across 6 to 8 concurrent enterprise engagements at once, each with its own set of stakeholders, workstreams, and dependencies that all have to land on the same go-live date. * Coordinates explicitly across Sales, Fleet Consulting, Training, Support, and CSM at defined handoff points, keeping every team's commitments visible instead of assumed. * Proactively surfaces risk, including cross-departmental dependencies that are quietly stalling, and brings a mitigation plan instead of just a flag. * Guides customers through high-stakes fleet configuration decisions with enough credibility that they trust your judgment, not just your process. * Builds confidence with enterprise customers by communicating proactively, setting clear expectations, and creating trust long before issues ever arise. * Personally executes data cleanup, compilation, and migration into Fleet360 for every engagement. This is hands-on work you do yourself, not something you simply coordinate or hand off.. * Assesses data health across multiple workbooks or source systems, spotting incompleteness or structural problems before they become a go-live problem. * Is comfortable with nested formulas, multi-condition logic, and multi-tab, interconnected workbooks, using AI to work through them efficiently and catching it when the output is wrong. * Holds the agreed scope line with customers, knowing when a variation needs documentation, an addendum, or a real escalation. * Operates with an AI-first mindset, using AI to accelerate data analysis, customer communication, troubleshooting, and project execution-while knowing exactly when human judgment is required. This one is not optional here. RTA's biggest customers carry the most people, the most vehicles, and the most on the line if something falls through the cracks. You're the one holding it together when six teams and a dozen open items all need to land in the same place at the same time. Are you the reason it comes together instead of falling apart? This role means coordinating Sales, Fleet Consulting, Training, Support, and CSM on every single engagement, often all at once. * You'd rather hand off the data work. Cleaning, compiling, and migrating enterprise-scale data across multiple workbooks is yours to do personally, every time. * You wait for someone else to flag risk. If a cross-departmental dependency is quietly stalling, naming it and building the mitigation plan is your job, not someone else's. * You get uncomfortable pushing back on a fleet manager's configuration decision when your judgment says otherwise. Enterprise customers need someone credible enough to have that conversation. * You treat scope creep as a later problem. On accounts this size, an undocumented variation can turn into real financial or timeline exposure fast. * You think using AI is cutting corners, or you're waiting for someone else to figure out how it fits your job. At RTA, that's not a personality quirk. It's a mismatch with the role. * You want to operate as a free agent. You'll report to the Implementation Supervisor and stay in constant contact with Sales, Fleet Consulting, Training, Support, and CSM throughout every engagement.
