## About the Role

* 2+ years of hands-on desktop support, help desk, or service desk experience
 * Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
 * Ability to work onsite five days per week in Century City

Preferred (not required)

 * Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
 * CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or other relevant IT certifications
 * Prior IT support experience in financial services, investment banking, or professional services

## Description

* Windows 10 and Windows 11 imaging, configuration, and deployments
 * Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online support, including Outlook and Microsoft Teams
 * Active Directory account administration - creates, password resets, permissions, distribution lists
 * Support for corporate mobile devices, multifunction printers, and conference room AV setup ahead of client meetings
 * Remote support for users on Azure Virtual Desktop and Netskope VPN; remote sessions through BeyondTrust
 * Ticket queue management - log, prioritize, and resolve issues within SLA
