## About the Role

* At least 2 years of professional experience in an IT capacity
 * Device management: Mac, Windows, mobile provisioning and MDM
 * SaaS tool administration: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.
 * Basic networking: Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall basics
 * Security hygiene: access controls, offboarding, MFA, SSO
 * User support and onboarding: setting up new hires quickly
 * Basic cloud familiarity: AWS or GCP at a user level
 * Legally able to work in the US, onsite in NYC. No degree required. Curious, collaborative, reliable.

## Description

You'll start with picking up onboarding/offboarding processes, device fleet compliance, Tier 1 support, and inventory. This role has space growing into full ownership of identity, endpoint management, security triage, and vendor management as we scale!
