* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 8 12 years of software development experience with enterprise applications.
 * Minimum 5 years of hands-on Java application development experience in large enterprise environments.
 * Strong experience with Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD).
 * Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and change management processes.
 * Experience with cloud-based application development and deployments.
 * Proficiency with Git for version control.
 * Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban.
 * Strong knowledge of database design and SQL.
