 * Proven experience owning technical projects from design through production deployment
 * Strong experience with C# and the Microsoft .NET technology stack
 * Experience building modern web applications using TypeScript with React or Angular
 * Strong SQL Server and relational database experience
 * Experience designing scalable REST APIs, microservices and backend services
 * Experience working with cloud-based applications and modern development practices
 * Experience participating in Agile software development environments
 * Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and software quality practices
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 * Ability to work effectively with both internal engineering teams and external development partners

 * Azure cloud experience
 * Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
 * Experience designing microservice-based applications
 * Experience within banking, fintech, or another highly regulated industry
 * Experience integrating with third-party services and APIs
