You'll work alongside Sales, Professional Services and Service Desk teams to design innovative IT solutions that help our customers achieve their business goals while delivering an effortless customer experience. If you're passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex business challenges and want to be recognised as a trusted advisor, we'd love to hear from you., You'll have experience designing and delivering modern Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions within an MSP or enterprise environment., * Minimumfiveyears' experience inaIT Presales,Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant or Senior Infrastructure role * Strong commercial awareness * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders * Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes * Strong documentation and solution design skills * Full UK Driving Licence * Right to work in the UK Technical Experience Ideally, you'll have experience with: * Microsoft 365 * Microsoft Intune & Windows Autopilot * Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) * Microsoft SharePoint * Microsoft Security technologies * Advanced networking including VLANs and managed switching * Firewalls * Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions * Physical servers and Virtualisation * Microsoft Azure Certifications Desirable certifications include: * Microsoft SC-900 * Microsoft MS-900 Additional Microsoft, networking or security certifications would be advantageous. You'll engage with customers throughout their technology journey… from initial discovery and solution design through to project implementation and future strategic planning.
