## Description

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary 3-week assignment to provide cover support.

This is a short-term opportunity ideal for someone who is immediately available and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, supporting engineers, fitters, and customers on a daily basis., * Providing full administrative support to the office and operations team

 * Coordinating schedules and assisting engineers and fitters
 * Communicating with customers via telephone and email
 * Processing job sheets, paperwork, and general documentation
 * Updating and maintaining internal systems and records
 * Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
 * Supporting management with day-to-day office duties
